Refunds | Rescheduling | Cancellations

Sessions and Packages

Please note that packages and sessions are non-refundable in any way. You have the option to reschedule your session if you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled session date. If you cancel your session within 72 hours of the scheduled session date, no refund will be provided. If you purchase the 3-month plan, you must use all the sessions within 4 months from the date of purchase; otherwise, you will lose the sessions.

Late Arrivals

You need to email me to let me know you will be late. If you do not arrive/attend within 30 minutes from the session time, you will not be able to resume the session, and no refund will be given under any circumstances. If you arrive late, I will not give any extra time. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time.

Thank you for understanding, and please try to give yourself ample time to land into space without stress.

Health & Safety

Please note that my sessions are not to be used in place of financial, medical, or legal advice, nor should they be used in place of psychotherapy or counseling. If you’re experiencing distress, or severe mental or physical health issues, I urge you to seek professional advice via an alternative route. I will not allow anyone into a session where I suspect they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I might refuse service if I feel the session will not be conducive to the customer's or my own physical, emotional, mental, or overall wellbeing.

Cancellation Policy

All my services and bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable. Once you purchase the package, you will have access to all my forms, personalised documents, and plans based on your own needs. For these reasons, I do not give any type of refund.

Waive & Release

By agreeing to book a session or purchase a package, you are voluntarily giving up the right to sue or make any legal claims against Catarina C. for any issues that arise during or as a result of participating in her services.

Scope of Claims: This waiver includes any and all claims, which means it covers a wide range of potential issues. It specifically mentions personal injury, loss of property, and other unspecified damages. This broad scope ensures that Catarina C. is protected from a variety of potential legal actions.

Participation in Services: The waiver applies to any issues that are connected to your participation in any of Catarina C.'s services. This means that if you experience any problems or damages while attending a session or using a purchased package, you cannot hold Catarina C. legally responsible.
