Consultation

2 hours initial consultation

I’ll assess your health. You will get a full evaluation as well as a customised programme. The appointment is designed to provide a thorough investigation into your current symptoms, health history, underlying body system dysfunctions and your health goals.
Any condition will generally involve a number of appointments to get resolution, and follow up appointments can be made on a need basis.

3 Month Plan

This option is best for those who want to commit to a period with me to get a deeper understanding of what has caused the imbalance in their body. It typically takes a period of 2 to 3 months to see improvements. This initial period will usually involve testing and a modification to nutrition, diet, physical exercise and lifestyle choices.

What to expect from my 2 hour consultation:

  • I'll ask you to complete a comprehensive questionnaire.

  • Based on your goals, I’ll develop a tailored food, fitness and supplement plan (with optional testing). You’ll receive it at the consultation, plus a summary by email afterwards.

  • Next, I'll conduct a functional medicine analysis. This includes Iridology, Channel Palpation (pulse diagnosis), tongue diagnosis, eyes and among other indicators, to gain deeper insights into your health.

  • We’ll then move into the gym or, for online consultations, engage in a virtual exercise session. During this time, I'll assess your posture and muscle functions, and introduce exercises that will be part of your personalised programme.

  • Finally, in my consultation room or online chat, I'll explain your customised program for the next 3 months. We'll discuss the exercises and steps you'll take to achieve your health and fitness goals, and I'll be here to support you every step of the way.

Follow-up
Consultations

Further consultations are scheduled two weeks after the initial appointment. This allow me to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments. Additional follow-ups may be required depending on each individual situation.

To gain the most insight into your health issues and goals, I strongly encourage clients to work with me for a minimum of 3 months. This will allow me to identify the underlying cause of your health concern, implement a new eating plan, fitness plan and consider the appropriate supplements and biochemical tests, if necessary. I have found this to be the most effective way to create new habits and achieve optimal results.
